Summary/Abstract: This article aims - based on a qualitative analysis - to paint a picture of the new world dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has produced changes on all levels: social, economic, cultural, financial, macro-level up to the micro-psychological level, etc. By identifying forms of change that governments need to adapt to and cope with in light of new requirements and issues to be addressed, we identify a possible course of action in response to the pandemic situation in resilience formulas as well as planning strategies and action, but also as forms of adaptation of public policies and the cycle of public policies necessary and developed in this period of the last three years.
