Summary/Abstract: Professor Cornel Constantinescu was the vice-president of the Romanian Sociological Association and Associated University Professor at Pitești University, Department of Socio-human Sciences. Professor Cornel Constantinescu initiated the publication of the Scientific Bulletin. The Socio-Human Sciences series and the ten volumes from the “Sociological Profiles” collection of the University of Pitești Publishing House, in which texts of eminent sociologists from the past, such as Dimitrie Gusti, Traian Herseni and Vasile V. Caramelea, were capitalized.
