Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present the role played by vision and mission in companies involved in the study on “Strategic Management Practices ...”. Assuming that the three elements (vision, mission and strategy) are inseparable, the functioning of vision and mission were analysed and assessed as part of strategic management process.
