Summary/Abstract: This article aims to address the phenomenon of migration and social cohesion in a general framework of analysis in order to understand the connection between the two concepts. It is borne in mind that in the processes of broader social change, migration and social cohesion are not excluded, but mutually conditioned. This brings us to the analysis of migration as an integral part of the factors of social cohesion. Thus, we support the idea that the development of social cohesion should be linked to the consequences and context of migration.
