REFLECTIONS ON STAFF CATEGORIES IN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: AN ANALYSIS BASED ON THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Summary/Abstract: In this article, we would try a configuration of the personnel component of the public administration, based on a descriptive approach according to the legal framework in force. The interest in this subject follows a framework of analysis of the main categories of personnel in the administration of the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, we have taken three categories of personnel as a benchmark, namely: persons of public position, employees from among persons of high public position and civil servants in accordance with the Law on Public Position and the Status of Civil Servants. The purpose of the study is to analyze the public position in terms of the categories of holders of these positions and their legal status.
