Summary/Abstract: The field of Artificial Intelligence and all new technologies has become an intensive research topic, not only in the IT field, but also in the legal field, in terms of their implications on fundamental rights and freedoms and on the government-citizen or the relationship between a corporation that uses AI systems and the consumers. AI has the capacity to link all areas of law, similar to constitutional, union or conventional law. How can state power be discussed in the future without discussing digital sovereignty, how can a lawyer defend the interests of a person injured by an automated vehicle without knowing some technical elements and the special civil liability involved in this case, or how will you be able to take a stand against the introduction of a Robot Judge in court proceedings if you do not know the field of artificial intelligence? Artificial intelligence, if it has not already covered every field we can think of, will certainly do so in the near future, so that the training of both legal professionals and citizens is needed.
