Summary/Abstract: There is a pressing need for a reform in the justice system. Implementing the e-justice system is a necessity, not a fad. Only in these times of crisis did the shortcomings of the judiciary system emerge. But, as always, before implementing a system, it is mandatory that we acknowledge the vulnerabilities that could make it impractical or unusable. In this article we highlighted the legal framework of the process through videoconferencing, we exposed the technical risks that could occur through the use of these mechanisms and we presented a number of recommendations.
