Summary/Abstract: The changes in comercial politics concerning the adhesion to the Europeean Union have influenced the comercial fusing. Our estimations indicate that Romania’s import will increas with about 8,08 %. The growth will be more obvious for agricultural products (+9,3%), because this sector has known a significant protection due to the gradual adhesion to E.U. As expected, among the comercial partners, the third parties involved were negatively affected as a result of misrepresentation of commerce, meaning the effects of substitution among partner countries as a result of the variation of price of commercial goods. EU has captivate the largest part derived from the growth of Romania’s imports. Among EU contries the main comercial partners will be even more put to advantage. Reducing the custome taxes has generated a negative impact for the budget’s income and has represented additional pressure on Romanian manufacturer coming from sectors such as: agriculture, food industry, textile – clothing. On the other hand, the cumulated positiv effect on the consumers is grater than the cumulated negative effect on the manufacturers and the budget.
