Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the issue of designing and organizing adult learning and education from the perspective of specific didactic technologies and strategies. The emphasis is placed on analysing the concept of didactic technology/strategy and comparison of the adult training characteristics. The peculiarities of adult learning and education are deduced and a concept of organizing adult training based on interactive didactic technologies is proposed, focused on the dominant competencies and methods, but also on the needs and options of adults.
