Summary/Abstract: The article provides an overview and analysis of various forms of commerce in the three-dimensional virtual worlds. It takes into account technological, economic and psychological factors. The article tries to classify business models based on the roles of actors involved in trade and on the nature of virtual worlds. These issues are illustrated from the transformation perspective of the Web 2.0 site, and in the future 3D Internet.
