Summary/Abstract: The research is focused on the possibilities of conducting solfeggio teaching in an online environment. Circumstances caused by the covid-19 pandemic have made traditional classic classroom teaching not feasible. The surveyed teachers, 97 of them from primary and secondary music schools and music academies, were forced to teach solfeggio ad hoc online for a longer period of time and without any prior preparation. Therefore, in addition to researching the circumstances in which online teaching was accomplished, the perspectives of implementing online solfeggio teaching are also pointed out. Relevant statistical results and insights into teachers’ opinions were sought through a questionnaire intended for teachers. Based on the defined results of quantitative and qualitative research, the aim of this article is to indicate the relevance of the implementation of online teaching.
