Accordingly, the ethics of pedagogical research relate to professionally and responsibly behaviors that are based on respect for human rights and dignity of a person. It includes their reflections, analysis and performance, with a view to continually striving to promote the integrity of science and profession. The ethics of pedagogical research requires special protection measures for the participants, which are also a basic precondition for their implementation, especially when it comes to the most sensitive part of the population – children. The aim of this paper is to describe the current measures and to review their justification and purpose, as well as the frequency and quality of implementation. It has been taken into account the fact that ethics in pedagogy refers to the obligations of any person who has contact with education, whether he or she works and/or scientifically research. Wider viewing, it is a huge number of people because the basic settings do not only cover employees in the education system, but also all those who have the obligation and the privilege of participating in someone’s upbringing.
