Female Intergenerational Solidarity through the Eyes of Three Generations of Woman

Summary/Abstract: The article aimed to present the phenomenon of solidarity of women included in the context of the 2020–2021 women’s strike protests in Poland (called the Women Strike). Women’s solidarity was presented pertaining to two categories of women. The first, represented by women in the ontogenetic phase, in which procreation is possible. The second concerned those women who could no longer give birth to a child. By analyzing the collected empirical data, the author wanted to describe the character of women’s solidarity, especially the one that connects generations. The phenomenon of women’s solidarity has been presented from two perspectives. It manifested in the everyday life of families. It was also seen under the exceptional social situation, which was the Women Strike.
