Summary/Abstract: The formation of human communities, the appearance of society and law with all its legal rules, have been influenced, over time, by the religious faith and by the way it has developed under the impact of different historical periods, by the events which have succeeded and by the actual space where it has acted. The law and the church have established solid bridges, reinforced precisely by the religious essence of the law. Without religious belief, the legal norm would be severely affected in terms of birth, its formation, as well as in the matter of implementation. In the contemporary period, more than ever, the people, the institutions, the legal norms, state and power, as well as destinies, depend on faith, church and God’s word.
