Summary/Abstract: Government, its whole system of authorities and the activity they perform, has a major role in achieving the state executive. Need a thorough knowledge of the organization and functioning of these authorities is crucial in increasing the efficiency of the government and the removal of deficiencies. The implications of this point of view, are felt not only internally but also externally, while the cooperation between public authorities at European level, has acquired new meanings. The labor market is directly influenced by public authorities understand how to make the government act locally and this is felt the most. This paper proposes an analysis of public authorities that are found locally in Romania today and a case study on the labor market in one of the cities where the local administrative authority sought to manage the beneficial interest community so that, following the text of the law, unemployment is almost nonexistent.
