Financing the counteraction of the natural disasters’ effects in Lubuskie Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the issue of financing the counteraction of the effects of natural disasters. Spending the measures for the public safety, the flood and health protection, the spatial development and the finances for removing the natural disasters’ effects make it possible to minimize the negative consequences of these phenomena occurrence. The measures are assigned for e.g. spatial planning, crisis management and recovery. The author presents the mentioned issues on the example of Lubuskie Voivodeship (NUTS 2).
