Ethical Problems Of Medical Care For Employesss During Transition

Summary/Abstract: Medical care for employees and environmental protection are particularly relevant during transition. Ethical standards of health-care professionals and occupa- tional safety experts are also becoming more relevant. Ethical problems emerge from the relations of private property, i.e. from the contradiction between the universal na- ture of knowledge and its property-based nature. The authors reveal ethical dilemmas of scientific research and dilemmas related to professional observation of employees in the triad: health care professional-employer-employee, thus pleading for the con- stitution of a professional ethic, appropriate in market conditions.
