Summary/Abstract: Successfully developing the jet engine which is your brand identity on social networks can be a tedious endeavor, but the rewards clearly outweigh the costs. A little thrust now has a great impact later. By embracing new communication channels early on, we can prepare our brands not for social failure but for social success. Each new opened channel builds upon the success of the ones before it, so it becomes easier and easier to expand further into social space. Connecting with the very people that use your products is a great way to generate more sales and nurture fidelity. Releasing product features to the members of your community, testing their reactions and then applying the results to better tailor your products is one of the perks of a great product community. By keeping your clients and partners in the loop, continuously collecting feedback, you have a deeper understanding of what your product should be and should become. Building a product community is the best thing that you can do to market your eLearning content, but the process of building such a community on a social network is harder or easier based on the maturity of the communication channel. Entering a social network when its virtual space is not yet saturated with other brands is a paramount point that must be dealt with fast. The goal of this paper is to reveal the strategies needed to win friends and followers on social networks and get your eLearning products known to the world. By employing different tactics based on each social network strong points we can create much more value for our companies. We target in this paper: tracking tools, developing a master plan, building the community and generating engagement.
