Summary/Abstract: The study aims to identify poverty indicators in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Empirical part of the study makes use of the data from the Household Budget Survey (HBS) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, conducted in 2007. Our aim is to uncover latent dimension of poverty in Bosnia and Herzegovina based on available data. Besides, we aim to perform analysis on the greater amount of non-monetary variables in order to uncover non-financial poverty factors. By applying method of the principal component, following four poverty dimensions are identified in Bosnia and Herzegovina: structure and relationships in a household, education and living condition, size of a household and housing unit and financial factor.
