Linear First Order Differential Equations and Their Application in Economics

Summary/Abstract: Mathematical calculations are often based on equations, which allow us to recursively calculate function values from a given data set. These equations are called differential or recurrent equations. They appear in varied forms in statistics, electric circuits theory, economics, dynamic systems, biology and other areas. Many calculations including these equations can be simplified using the so-called different calculus, which is a set of mathematical tools very similar to differential calculus. Operator sigma is the basic component in different calculus.
