Politics and Morality from the Perspective of the Freedom of the Man

Summary/Abstract: The author takes up the question of the freedom in the moral and sociopolitical context. She distinguishes, besides the freedom “from” and “to”, the outside freedom and the inner freedom. The first is to determine by conditions in which the man is functioning. The second has basis in human psyche. Political system, including the democracy, should guarantee the outside freedom. The sphere of the inner freedom, in which among others the morality is realizing, cannot be limited or imposed by the state and its the laws. Democracy, which the law is a product of the majority not always of conscious people, not enough protect the outside freedom, as well as is often a threat for the inner freedom.
