Summary/Abstract: During the research carried out at Urlaţi (Prahova County) in 2020 a hoard of metal objects was discovered dating to the late Middle Age (XVI-XVII centuries AD). The hoard comprises 13 iron objects lying on a bronze sheet. Alongside the study of the hoard, this article focuses on the Middle Age features revealed during excavations. The archaeological data are correlated/ integrated with the first documentary evidence attesting Urlaţi.
