Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the regulations of prohibition of leaving the territory of the republic of Bulgaria (Art. 68. Penal procedure code). Established provisions have been analyzed white requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. The author examines the legal requirement – defendant may be deprived of his identity documents and may be issued replacement documents.
