Summary/Abstract: The article discusses crimes involving subjective specificity, namely knowledge or supposition about the availability of some circumstances. The author analyses the subjective aspect of such crimes and the connection between them and intentional guilt. He comes to the conclusion that such crimes can be committed only with direct intent.
