Summary/Abstract: In the present article a legal characteristic of the act of bribery is made. The bribery may be considered as a particular kind of a deal revealing civil and criminal legal effects. Besides, bribery may be considered as a particular form of common criminal activity. All these particularities complicate in addition the nature of the socio-legal act known as bribery.
