Summary/Abstract: Under analysis in the article is one of the most serious and complex forms of criminal behaviour - bribery. The fact that the question is about a bilateral cross activity where one person gives a present or another not due advantage to another official in order that the receiver carries out an activity by its office, describes the crime not only as a specific dealcrime. Alongside it reveals in a specific manner also elements of the basic institutes of the criminal lawq such as complicity and complicated crime activity. The present article studiesthe said interdependencies.
