About statistical methods in the study on stress

Summary/Abstract: This article presents how to use some statistical methods to support stress management process. Stress management should be based on preventing the emergence of stressors. However, in order to eliminate them they earlier need to be identified. Owing to the proposed methods it is possible to compare the strength with which stressors affect the employees in every period, examine how stressors are perceived in different groups of workers, examine whether a type of work has an impact on the perception of stressors by employees. In addition, the use of cluster analysis allows to find the best way of grouping stressors.
