Summary/Abstract: The article presents one of the problems concerning with judge’s substantive immunity after the amendments of 10.07.2015 r. and 11.05.2017. In the light of new regulations, the judge may avoid his disciplinary responsibility for a petty offence against order and safety in traffic when he accepts a traffic ticket or when he pays a fine, which was imposed for this. The text aims to determine whether the application of an alternative form of response to a petty offence, i.e. educational measure, also excludes the disciplinary responsibility of a judge. In the conclusion, the view that the interpretation of the new regulations cannot be limited to only literal was presented.
