Summary/Abstract: We appreciate that once with the entry into force of the new Codes (Civil and Criminal) the existence of someclearer regulations adapted to the situations found in practice, to the shaping and the highlighting of the rights of the Individual, but we would have preferred a corroboration between the text of the twocodes which should also reflect a sanction in the Criminal Code for thosetempted to apply the eugenic practices. The eugenic practices do not alignthemselves to the purposeestablished through the norms of the European Convention on Human Rights, and they are far from being perceived as possible human rights.
