Summary/Abstract: The report presents the principles of dynamic business process management as a component of a new generation process management. It includes the conditions organization should fulfil in order to apply such changes as well as the evolution stages of process management approach. Furthermore, it describes basic reasons substantiating the thesis that in the conditions of the modern world of business reorganization towards the processes can improve organizational flexibility. Therefore, it can provide a higher ability to react in comparison with the functional approach.
