Summary/Abstract: In the article; the evolutionary change versus the revolutionary change was described in terms of the paradox. This paradox was settled in the problem of the organizational change being aimed at the organization based on processes. In the article we pointed at four possible solutions of the paradox. These solutions are assuming the form of the strategy of changes. In the following part of the article the optimal conditions of the given solution application in practice were determined. In the summary implications which result from the analysis and syntheses of solutions connected with given paradox for the management theory were presented.
