Presumptions of the process-oriented Approach to Design and Management of the Organization

Summary/Abstract: This article presents author’s reflections on the nature of the process-oriented approach to design an organization. The observed in practice presumptions (perspectives) of the implementation of the decision-making process solutions, including in particular the organization of the process-components, are described. The article also includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation, taking into account different perspectives.
