Summary/Abstract: The author’s intention was to search for connections between pedagogy of crea-tivity and pedagogy of art, and to answer the question of what the “younger sister” – pedagogy of creativity – can offer to the “older sister” – art pedagogy, in order to help her conceptualize the subject of research in the best possible way and establish herself in the family of educational sciences. The article presents selected similari-ties and differences of these two fields as well as hypothetically indicated benefits that result from the mutual drawing of the achievements of researchers representing creatology and artlogy.
