The people’s advocate and the constitutionality control

Summary/Abstract: The scientific approach represents a homage brought to prof. Viorel Mihai Ciobanu, Ph.D. and contains a critical examination of the contents of the constitutional and legal relations between the People’s Advocate and the Constitutional Court. The three main forms of involvement of the People’s Advocate in the constitutionality control are considered, namely: objection of unconstitutionality, exception of unconstitutionality and points of view. The scientific approach expresses some feedback on some decisions of the Constitutional Court.
