Approaches to Some Themes and Problems in the Creative Work of Ivan S. Stefanov

Summary/Abstract: In this article some aspects of the key moments in the works of I. S. Stefanov are concerned. In order to be made some connections between that moments the first point here is the transition from fortuity to expedience which directs the sight to the move from the empirical order of appearances to the possibility of the supreme condition lying beyond that order. Hence it is necessary to be thematized the oppostion between appearances and things in itself. The latter, according to Stefanov, garrantees freedom in a practical-dogmatic level, so considering the relation between spontaneity and receptivity in the structural-functional dimention of human knowledge should not be avoided.
