Summary/Abstract: Prevention, diligence and proactivity are often much more effective than dealing with or solving an unpleasant event that can occur unexpectedly in a company and disrupt its activity, and also weaken the confidence of business partners or customers. The GDPR audit is one of the measures that a company, as a data controller, can (and this is actually recommended) undertake in order to prevent faulty processing events or activities that may generate breaches of personal data privacy.
