Navigation in the system that hosts the personal data processing of the controller/processor is facilitated by establishing the cardinal points as follows: The magnetic North is represented by Responsibility of the controller, the magnetic South is professional, but also social Ethics, naturally arranged on the axis indicating the primary direction; going along the horizontal axis, to the East we have Information characterized by volume and variety, inherently and continuously in the presence of an information process and to the West is Continuous Improvement – as a metaprocess of most management systems, this time the system created for the management of implementing and maintaining adequate protection of personal data. The benefits of using this method structured on orientation in space with the help of an orientation tool – such as the compass – a aim to maintain clarity in the GDPR implementation process by structuring the directions on the dominant axes as we truly want to have an overview of the informational system in which we "operate" the implementation and maintaining the requirements of this extraordinary Regulation, whose importance grows exponentially with the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence in more and more activities in the sphere of privacy and private life of people.
