Summary/Abstract: Today's technological progress is unprecedented in human history, and the speed with which information circulates brings, in addition to undoubted opportunities and benefits, many threats related to the protection of people's privacy and private life. The acquisition of the most in-depth knowledge is becoming mandatory for specialists in all reference fields, and for data protection specialists, niche work directions are beginning to take shape, approached punctually and with an increasingly high degree of complexity. The ethical component begins to represent the cornerstone of the new human society, not as an option, but as a primordial condition, in the era where machines / robots have integrated self-learning functions and are only one step away from self-actualization. Taking into account the global scale of access to data, the ever-increasing profiling of individuals at the level of selecting personal options and the implicit vulnerability to reveal their decision-making mechanism, the responsibility for the continuity of the human species, with everything that this category is based on the condition of humanity, both from a rational and spiritual perspective.
