Summary/Abstract: Cultural heritage possesses cultural objects which emit unusual kind of message based on information from culture that's always especially, because it's involved different systems of values which are important for certain society. There is a problem when cultural heritage and its objects (which could be inherent positive concept – very often for local communities) become to deny, refuse and destroy in most difficult cases, which result is seen as a confrontation with these ones those identify themselves with that heritage and accept it as their own value. The purpose of this paper being a presentation what is specific thing in defining cultural information and its main characteristics by comparison with scientific information and why message has sent and understood in one period of time, has got the other meaning in the other time. Theoretical assumptions of this paper tested at the examples: Kuršumli medresa (madrasah) and Bakr-babina džamija (mosque).
