Summary/Abstract: At the onset of the study it is necessary to mention for its topic will be circumscribed to the regulation of the incompatibilities of the Government members in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law - selective aspects By this approach, the proposed study opens a complex and complete, but not exhaustive, view concerning the reflections on the regulation of the Government members incompatibilities in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law. In comparative law analysis, we will keep symmetry approach to identifying regulations on incompatibility of the Government members in the Constitutions of other countries. Following an outline key - the following parts of the study are analyzed successively, namely: 1. Preliminary considerations. 2. Identification of constitutional rules on the regulation of the incompatibilities of the Government members in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law. 3. Highlights of Romanian doctrine and comparative law on incompatibilities of the Government members. 4. Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Romania on incompatibilities of the Government members. 5. Conclusions.
