Summary/Abstract: At the onset of the study it is necessary to mention for its topic will be circumscribed to the right to a fair trial and its developments in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law. By this approach, the proposed study opens a complex and complete, but not exhaustive view, concerning the right to a fair trial and its developments in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law. In comparative law analysis, we will keep symmetry approach to identifying regulations on the right to a fair trial and its developments in the Constitutions of other countries. Following an outline key - the following parts of the study are analyzed successively, namely: 1. Preliminary considerations. 2. Identification of constitutional rules on the regulation of the right to a fair trial and its developments in the Romanian Constitutions and in comparative law. 3. Highlights of Romanian doctrine and comparative law on the right to a fair trial and its developments. 4. Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Romania on the right to a fair trial and its developments. 5. Conclusions.
