Summary/Abstract: National security is inconceivable without education and culture. If a society is deprived of values, then this nation cannot have normal development. The upbringing in a system of highly humane values: justice, conscience, personal dignity, empathy, faith in the good and legal order of the young generation is an obstacle to conventional crime in Bulgaria. Education and training provide competencies in all areas of society: political, economic, spiritual, historical, environmental and others. Education and upbringing form the Bulgarian as a worthy citizen, defending the national security of Bulgaria.
