Summary/Abstract: The article reviews and evaluates the international principles for the enforcement of human rights in relation to the control of communication tools. There is an analysis of the changes in the Bulgarian legislation related to the additional possibilities for restricting the freedoms and the rights of the Bulgarian citizens in conditions of threat of terrorist acts.
