Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the structures and organizations in the Republic of Bulgaria related to migration. A review was also made of the removal of third-country nationals from the Republic of Bulgaria in accordance with the readmission agreements concluded. The role of the Readmission Institute has been highlighted as an important tool for managing migration flows.
