Summary/Abstract: In this article the problem of consistency in application of the ideological and political orientation on the basis of marxist attitude of the principle of distribution according to work, is discussed. Valid argumentation was given to point out the inconsistencies in effectuating the basic principle of socialist society development in Yugoslavia.
