Summary/Abstract: The text presents an analysis of the feedback from participants of an ESF Czech Republic training course held as part of the call "Equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market and the reconciliation of work and family life" enabling women to initiate and develop their own businesses as a tool for reconciling work and private life.
