Summary/Abstract: The business process reengineering 'BPR' is an approach that aims to rethink, in a creative and innovative way, the foundations of the company, its way of operating and the various technological means used. The ‘BPR’ imposes a break and a force of analysis of operations through the traditional functions of the company in order to make them more efficient. On the other hand, it is considered as the rapid and drastic overhaul of the organization in order to optimize the Workflow and productivity in an organization and achieve the dramatic performance. Today, the infrastructure of the company and its organization requires the support of business processes through the fundamental building blocks of the success of an organization. Information technologies that focus on process management and improving its operation have been good candidates to help organizations fulfill their business visions and improve their competitive positions. Several Companies have implemented 'BPR' in order to improve the performance of their organizations, particularly in terms of cost reduction, quality improvement in order to achieve better service and increased response speed.
