Summary/Abstract: The success of an internal audit mission of the Quality Management system depends mainly on the management of its Internal Audit program 'IA', and its planning established beforehand by the internal auditor. This article consists in building a 'BPMN' modeling aimed at the development of an 'IAP' internal audit plan and resulting in a Workflow development capable of mainly automating the 'IA' plan according to the availability audited, and in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System. The coalition workflow between the interpersonal communication process and the AI planning process meeting a set of requirements to be met by the ISO 9001: 2015 International Standard and the 19011: 2018 directive, can be an effective solution for solve the problem of complexity in the development of 'IAP' within large organizations with a large number of auditees.
