Summary/Abstract: In the general framework of internal communication, occupational health and security communication plays a very important part especially in industrial companies where employees are involved in all kinds of activities involving risk and danger of various types. This is why such companies need to issue clear documents and show a permanent preoccupation for improving OHS communication. The surveys made at Holcim and Lafarge Romania will reveal important facts concerning the place OHS communication occupies in the policy and strategy of the organization.
