Terrorism Financing on the Order of a Securitized Problem

Summary/Abstract: Terrorism financing is officially recognized as a hard-criminal offence of high-level public danger. At the same time, following the theory of security, it represents an important securitized problem with a philosophical concept not fully clarified, and its de-securitization is still a mirage. The present article summarizes the author's views on terrorist financing as a securitized problem and gives some possibilities for its practical de-securitization.
